Service Description

ATSCheck.pro provides an AI-powered resume analysis service that evaluates resume compatibility with job descriptions using Applicant Tracking System criteria. Results are informational and indicative — not a guarantee of employment outcomes.

Payment & Delivery

Each analysis costs $4.99 USD (one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your ATS score is displayed on screen immediately after payment confirmation. A PDF report is sent to the email you provide within minutes.

No Refund Policy

Because the analysis is delivered instantly and digitally upon payment confirmation, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your results or report, contact support@atscheck.pro and we will resolve it promptly at no additional charge.

Acceptable Use

You may use ATSCheck.pro only for lawful personal or professional job-seeking purposes. You may not: resell or redistribute analyses, attempt to scrape or automate requests, submit harmful or illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that analysis results will improve your job application outcomes. AI-generated feedback is probabilistic and should be used as one input among many in your job search strategy.

Limitation of Liability

ATSCheck.pro's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question ($4.99).

Intellectual Property

ATSCheck.pro and its name, logo, and content are proprietary. The analysis reports you receive are for your personal use only.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
