Data We Collect

When you use ATSCheck.pro, we temporarily process: your resume text and the job description you provide (processed in real-time, not stored), your email address (used only to deliver your PDF report), and your payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details).

How We Use Your Data

Resume and job description text is sent to our AI provider for analysis only and is discarded immediately after. Your email is used solely to deliver your analysis report. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe and governed by their privacy policy.

Data Retention

Resume content: not retained — discarded after analysis. Email addresses: retained only for report delivery, purged within 30 days. Payment records: retained by Stripe per their policies. Server logs: retained for 30 days for security purposes.

Third-Party Services

Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Anthropic (anthropic.com) — AI analysis engine. SendGrid — email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Cookies

We use only technically necessary session cookies to maintain your analysis session during the checkout process. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to: know what data we hold about you, request deletion of your data, and opt out of any future communications. Contact us at support@atscheck.pro for any data requests.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We implement server-side security headers and input validation on all endpoints.
